JEEP JAM IS ALMOST HERE! 
Before you load up your Jeep and head to Eureka Springs, here are a few things to know!

REGISTRATION IS PER JEEP
Your Jeep Jam registration includes TWO tickets to The Great Passion Play — a $96 value! Your ticket card will be in your registration packet and can be exchanged at the Passion Play box office.
REGISTRATION PACKET
Keep that packet handy! It contains important information and items you’ll need throughout the weekend.
SOME ACTIVITIES REQUIRE SIGN-UP
Don’t assume registration automatically puts you into every activity. Double-check your sign-ups for the trail rides, Jeep Skills activities, Jeep Bingo and Poker Run.
TRAIL RIDERS & JEEP SKILLS CLASSES
Meet at The Great Passion Play trailhead at your designated time. Please arrive fueled up and ready to roll so we can keep everyone on schedule. 
FRIDAY NIGHT LIGHTED CRUISE
This is a CRUISE — not a parade!
Eureka Springs Harley-Davidson / Pine Mountain Village
Be there by 8:00 PM
We roll at 8:15 PM SHARP!
(Save the candy & ducks for Saturday’s parade.)

YOUR REGISTRATION INCLUDES THE JEEP SHOW!
No separate Jeep Show registration needed. We’ve got 10 award categories, so shine it up—or don’t. 
We want to see your Jeep!
SATURDAY PARADE — PLEASE READ!
Parade lineup will be in order of arrival. With a whole lot of Jeeps to move, it can take up to an hour to get everyone out of the lots and onto the route.
After the awards ceremony is your time to prepare!
Use the restroom, grab your drinks and snacks, and get anything you need BEFORE getting into parade lineup.
Once you’re in line, please stay with your Jeep and be ready to move. No stopping to get out of your vehicle once the line starts moving.
KEEP IT TIGHT!
Maintain a safe but reasonably tight distance between Jeeps and keep the parade line together. Please do not stop to allow other vehicles to pull out or merge into the parade route, as this creates gaps and breaks up the procession. Follow the directions of law enforcement and parade volunteers at all times.
SEAT BELTS
Seat belts are required throughout the parade route except while traveling on Spring Street. Please buckle back up as you leave the Spring Street portion of the route.
NO THROWING CANDY ON THE HIGHWAY
For everyone’s safety, please do not throw candy or other items from your Jeep along the highway portion of the parade route.
Save the goodies for downtown — that’s where the fun begins! 
Once the parade reaches downtown Eureka Springs, you’re welcome to toss candy and ducks! 
Please aim toward the sidewalk and away from the roadway so spectators aren’t tempted to step into the street to retrieve them.
(You’ll know when we’ve reached the downtown portion of the parade. A good marker is when we turn onto Spring Street by the Post Office.)
FUEL UP BEFORE ACTIVITIES
Don’t wait until your group or event is getting ready to leave. Fill up ahead of time and arrive ready to go!
COME PREPARED
Bring water, keep your phone charged,
Bring chairs, and save or screenshot the weekend schedule so you have it handy.
PLEASE FOLLOW OUR VOLUNTEERS’ DIRECTIONS
We have a LOT of Jeeps to move throughout the weekend. Our volunteers will be helping with parking, lineup and traffic flow. Following their directions will help keep everyone moving safely and smoothly.
A LITTLE PATIENCE GOES A LONG WAY!
There will be lots of Jeeps, lots of people and sometimes a little waiting. Enjoy it, meet your fellow Jeepers and remember—we’re all here for a great weekend and an even greater cause!
BRING SOME EXTRA $$$
We have BIG raffles, great prizes, vendors, the Duck Auction and more happening throughout the weekend — including the Rotary Duck Raffle with a chance to take home $1,000 CASH! 
There will be plenty of opportunities to have some fun while supporting our community!
PASSION PLAY
You can use your included tickets Friday or Saturday at 7:30 PM. Plan to arrive around 7:00 PM to exchange your ticket card and get settled.
(You can use your Passion Play tickets during Jeep Jam weekend OR save them for another available performance date.)
EXPLORE EUREKA!
Leave yourself some time to enjoy downtown, check out our historic springs, shop, eat and explore. Jeep Jam is the perfect excuse to make a whole weekend out of Eureka Springs.
HELP US TAKE CARE OF EUREKA
Please use trash cans, clean up after yourself and help us leave the Passion Play grounds and our beautiful town better than we found it.
